JANESVILLE — Catherine Smith, of Janesville, competing as Miss Rock River Valley, was named second runner- up in the Miss Wisconsin Pageant Saturday night in New Berlin.

Miss Racine, Willow Newell, 22, was crowned Miss Wisconsin 2025 out of a field of 29 contestants from across the state.
